Coaches, centres and sailors:  If you have developed a tool that is working well for you, please send it to us so that all Ontario sailors can benefit from it.  This resource is for you and will only be as good as you make it.

Please submit your documents and videos to Eric Cartlidge or the Provincial Coach/Manager.  For ease of use, please have your videos already uploaded to YouTube so they do not take up room on our server as some videos can get extremely large.
