If you meet the following criteria and have the passion to train sailing coaches in Ontario you may have what it takes to be a LTS/LTR Learning Facilitator

• Certification as a White Sail Coach , Bronze Sail Coach and LTR Coach ed for at least 2 years, with at least 300 hours of coaching in each level and a total of 1200 hours total OR certification as a Red Instructor or Orange Instructor for at least 2 years, with and at least 600 hours of coaching time in either level.
• NCCP Theory Level 2 or B
• NCCP 3 or NCCP Competition Development (this prerequisite is waived for 2010 only, but it is recommended that it be taken if possible before the course)
• Minimum age of 20 years
