Applications Now Being Accepted for 2011/2012 Ontario Sailing Team

To apply for the 2011/2012 Ontario Sailing Team download and complete the application form, training plan template and athlete's code of conduct, and submit to Program Director, Eric Cartlidge.

Your application form must be accompanied by the $700.00 team fee in order to be considered (cheque or credit card payments are accepted).

To be a member of the Ontario Sailing team you must train at one of our Regional Training Centres or our Development Training Centres. In addition, all athletes must sign the Athlete Code of Conduct to be a member of the Ontario Sailing Team.
