The Mobility Cup Committee of the AbleSailNetwork is accepting proposals from parties interested in hosting Mobility Cup 2010. 

 

Applications to host Mobility Cup 2010 should include the following information: 

·        Proposed dates.

·        The key individuals who will serve on your event committee and chairperson (if possible).

·        How many participants you envision.

·        Facilities, including: docks, clubhouse and accessibility.

·        Safety: support boats, medical and first-aid.

·        Racing officials and organization plans, including sources of volunteers.

·        Planned social activities and ceremonies.

·        Accommodations and transportation.

·        Community awareness.

·        A description of how your event will further the vision and goals of the Mobility Cup as outlined in the Deed of Gift as well as  the Core Values, and the Purpose and Principles established in the Mobility Cup Deed of Gift – See appendix.
