Aug 14 2007 Team Racing Clinic
In return for the generous donation from Tectona Electronics Inc., Brock Hopemorly and Jason Hearst provided a two-day Team Racing Clinic at the picturesque Lake Joseph Yacht Club in late July.
At the invitation of Carolyn Gagnon, Jason & Brock launched the course with an evening presentation for more than 20 participants – including a lively “Question & Answer” session, the USA Team Racing CD presentation, and all crowned with a great dinner at Carolyn’s cottage.
After laying out the course the next morning, their full day of racing included 6 – 420’s (3 on 3) and 4 Lasers (2 on 2), interrupted only by lunch at a great waterside café – one of many amenities surrounding the Lake Joseph Yacht Club.
With the Club planning an active Team Racing program, we hope the Clinic got them off to a strong start and fired their enthusiasm.
