The Deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday December 4th, 2009

Please submit both the QFG Carding Application and the QFG Athlete Agreement with your submission
along with you 2010 Ontario Sailing Team Fees of $700.00 (payable by cheque or credit card)
*If you are not selected for the Quest for Gold Elite Team or the Ontario Sailing Team you will be fully reimbursed*
