Maple Leaf Club Individual Membership gives past coaches, instructors, athletes and friends of sailing the opportunity to be involved with Ontario Sailing, stay connected and continue to support this great sport.
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Maple Leaf Club, please fill in the Membership Application and return it to the Ontario Sailing office.
